What’s included when you rent a space from The Refinery?

We want to make running your small business as streamlined as possible, so we keep it simple! It’s a month’s rent to secure your room, then a flat rate, paid on the 1st of each month. This is what’s covered;

• Your own private space, with a lockable door. We retain a securely-stored key for each of the rooms for emergencies

• Utilities - water, electricity and wi-fi

• Bins for standard waste and recycling

• Use of staff room/kitchen facilities (fridge, kettle, microwave)

• Tea/coffee making facilites for you and your clients

• Use of shared storage room in a ‘staff only’ area

• Cleaning products for communal areas (including toilet roll)

• CCTV in communal areas

• One wifi-controlled heater on a timer

• Regular window cleaning

Opening hours

You are welcome to work as much as you’d like within the below hours. We stick to these to minimise disturbance to neighbours as we’re in a residential area.

Monday - Saturday : 8am - 9pm
Sunday : 9am - 9pm

Rooms and rental agreements

Room 1 - Barber Box NCL
Room 2 - Available for £500pcm
Room 3 - Available for £500pcm
Room 4 - Available for £450pcm

Rental agreements start at 6 months, and three months notice will be required when leaving. All renters are required to display their public liability insurance certificate.
